Order Policy:
any order will have 2 hours grace period before acceptance of your order. Once the order accepted and processed, a confirmation will be issued and a payment will be due immediately.   An order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DressesNow.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or cancel or decline your order for any reason. DressesNow.com further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by DressesNow.com upon shipment of products.

Voucher Policy:

1. Voucher can be applied to new purchases and cannot be redeemed for completed purchases
2. It will take up 72 business hours for the voucher to show on an account
3. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash
4. One voucher per user only
5. Voucher is not transferable

Mispriced Products Policy:
DressesNow.com has the right to decline, refuse or cancel any orders placed that contains incorrect price or service. DressesNow.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DressesNow.com will issue and immediate credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
